The pantry needs canned fruit, peanut butters, and jelly this week.
January 31 is the next in our
Fifth Sundays Series. All youth and adults will gather in the Sanctuary for a combined class at 11:00 a.m. If you don’t normally attend Sunday School, this is your chance! After Sunday School we will enjoy food and fellowship with a potluck lunch in the Fellowship Hall. Mark your calendars now.
At last week’s leadership retreat, a plan was formed for a new
prayer and vision team to meet twice a month for the next 6 months and pray for vision and mission at Centre. The team will meet for lunch after church on the 2^nd and 4^th Sundays of each month starting in February. If you would like to join, please speak to Pastor Mark.
Youth Group meets this Sunday evening from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Jarrettsville UMC.
Snow reminder: So far we’ve dodged the snow this winter, but there are still months to go before spring. On weekdays, if schools are closed, all evening activities at Centre will be canceled. On Sunday mornings, Pastor Mark will make a decision about worship as early as possible and make phone calls. Be sure he has your phone number! And no matter what, always use your best judgment about whether or not it is safe for you to be out on the roads.
