Ash Wednesday is this Wednesday, February 10. There will be two services on Ash Wednesday to mark the beginning of Lent, at 12:00 noon and 7:00 p.m. Please plan to attend one of these services. Also, the sanctuary will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. for prayer.
This year as a congregation our Lenten focus will be on the practice of prayer. Beginning February 17, Pastor Mark will offer a Lenten Study Series on prayer. Richard Foster’s book Prayer will guide us. If you would like a copy, please let Pastor Mark know by next Sunday, February 14.
Serving Communion is a great way to help lead worship at Centre. When would you like to serve? Talk to Nancy Martin this Sunday!
