The Food Pantry needs the following items: canned pasta with sauce, canned fruit, syrup, rice, tuna, pancake mix, dessert items, small cans of soup, small boxes of potatoes.
Pastor Mark will be out of town from this afternoon through November 1. If you need pastoral care during the week, please contact Rev. Nick Bufano, pastor at Jarrettsville and Ayers Chapel UMCs.
Next Sunday is All Saints’ Sunday. If you would like to include in our prayers relatives, friends, colleagues, or neighbors who have died in the last year, please submit their names to Pastor Mark by Thursday, October 30.
Samaritan’s Purse collects shoeboxes for children in need filled with various items. Please participate in this great outreach ministry. Shoeboxes should be returned by November 16.
Adopt a family for Thanksgiving! The Church Council is asking each family, on its own or with another family, to consider adopting a Thanksgiving meal for a client from the Food Pantry. We will supply a list of items to purchase. All items must be brought to the church by November 16.

Hearing Assistance: If you need hearing assistance during this week’s service, headphones are available in the second pew from the front on the left (pulpit) side of the sanctuary.
The Winter Tea will be held on December 6, 2015. This event requires churchwide support to be a success. Please talk to Kathy Johnson for more information.
